With more than 40 years of experience filling a variety of roles in ministry, Dale will share his insights and experience in finding the essential pivot small and mid-size churches can make to thrive.

KARL VATERS, Teaching Pastor, Cornerstone Christian Fellowship, four-time author and founder of his own ministry that provides resources to help small churches succeed. Karl’s heart is helping small churches find the tools and techniques to lead well and that big and small churches can work together to the benefit and blessing of everyone.

SAM SONG, Pastor of Purpose Driven Development, serving pastors through training and coaching to lead and build healthier churches. He has led at churches and also served as an advisor to leaders navigating seasons of change. His ability to leverage the creative, strategic, and spiritual to provide clarity has helped people and churches step across the threshold from the old to the new.
